The Role

S3 Technologies is currently offering an excellent career opportunity for a project analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing, preparing and executing many types of IT projects for our clients.

  • Flexible working hours

You have a VERY high degree of flexibility when it comes to your working hours. You manage your own schedule. In most cases, you plan your maintenance at the time of your choosing. You are not on a call rotation.

  • Choice of projects

You choose the projects you want to work on 99% of the time! The list of projects is varied and stimulating, so you will never twiddle your thumbs.

  • Autonomy

You organize and work on your projects individually. You are responsible for your workload of around 5 to 10 projects at a time. Your ability to organize, prioritize and structure your work will be key.

  • Continuous learning

We support you in your ambitions for advancement and the development of your knowledge by helping you finance your certifications and training with the approval of your manager.

  • Bonus structure for overtime after 3-month probation

Success Criteria

By 6 months

You completely understand the internal tools and processes. You have successfully passed a 3 month probation period. You are working closely with the project managers and account management team in the successful delivery of the projects. You are coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition to operations.

By 12 months

You can now run multiple types of projects. You have established relationships with many important clients. As an expert in a variety of technologies, you can coordinate and strategize creatively on more important types of clients and projects. You oversee the technical execution of the projects to which you are assigned.

Main Job Responsibilities

1.Establish the project’s technical work plan

Once a project is approved, you will be responsible for developing a technical work plan based on the initial scope that was given to the client. This will include the various steps required to complete the project within the budget and the schedule.

2. Provide an analysis

You will also be responsible for gathering all the necessary information and details about the IT infrastructure you are working on so that you can follow your plan accordingly.

3. Install and configure many types of IT solutions ranging from firewalls, switches, Office 365, antispam, backups, etc.

You will be required to implement many types of IT solutions, following the most rigorous industry standards.

4. Ensure proper documentation and monitoring

For each project we conduct, documentation and tracking must of course be updated in our internal systems.

5. Provide support to the teams responsible for service deliverables.

Finally, to ensure a smooth transfer of knowledge to our support teams, you will need to inform them of any significant changes.
