Your Role at S3
By joining our team, you will become:

Your Day-to-Day Impact
Provide on-site user support for clients
- Support clients and their users in their daily activities at their Montréal locations
- Build trust-based relationships with users
Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to various systems
- Intervene effectively across diverse technological environments
- Ensure a consistently high level of service quality
Maintain and optimize IT environments
- Install, configure, and maintain client workstations and equipment (hardware and software)
- Perform support tasks, project-related work, and routine maintenance
- Manage hardware inventory
Collaborate with internal teams
- Check and diagnose server, network, and infrastructure issues in collaboration with our System Administrators
- Assist the service desk remotely when required
Document and structure information
- Thoroughly document activities performed and technical information gathered
- Keep technical documentation up to date
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
The Profile We’re Looking For
- Degree in IT or a related field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills in French (spoken and written)
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
- Strong autonomy and organizational skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft end-user operating systems
- Experience diagnosing hardware issues and replacing PCs and servers
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting mobile devices
- Knowledge of networking and Microsoft server operating systems
- Owns a car and holds a valid Canadian driver’s license (asset)
