Your day-to-day impact
Take ownership of client projects
- Manage the full project lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
- Maintain clear visibility on priorities, issues, risks, and changes
- Lead, collaborate, and influence to ensure smooth project execution through meetings and follow-ups with internal teams and clients
Focus on what matters most (Budget, timelines, risks and changes)
- Proactively monitor and manage project scope and budget evolution
- Identify budget variances and implement corrective actions
- Ensure client communications clearly reflect costs and prepare change requests when needed (scope, costs, impacts, timelines)
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including key milestones and deadlines
- Anticipate timeline risks and adjust proactivel
- Ensure clear documentation and proper handoff to operations
Lead and collaborate effectively
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure project delivery meets required standards
- Align all stakeholders on project objectives and priorities
Become a trusted partner to clients, not just a project manager
- Maintain proactive, clear, and structured communication
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and costs

What we’re looking for
- University or college degree (or equivalent) in project management, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT project management (or equivalent experience)
- General knowledge comparable to a systems administrator
- Ability to understand and simplify technical concepts
- Solid understanding of technologies used by system administrators
- Ability to adapt communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent French and good English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, autonomy, proactivity, and accountability
