About the IRSST.
The IRSST is one of Quebec’s most respected research organizations. For over 45 years, it has played a vital role in improving worker health and safety by producing rigorous scientific knowledge and supporting innovation in the workplace.

1. Migration to Microsoft Azure
We orchestrated the complete migration of over 50 servers to Microsoft Azure, ensuring a modern, scalable, and more secure infrastructure. This transition enabled the IRSST to improve performance, simplify management, and strengthen the resilience of its IT environment.
2. Modernization and Integration of Solutions
We collaborated with their teams to manage several projects with different vendors:
🔻Migration to a modern VoIP solution;
🔻Implementation of a corporate password manager;
🔻Integration of SAML authentication across multiple platforms.
Each initiative was planned and executed in close collaboration with their teams to maintain business continuity and compliance with the organization’s security standards.
3. Security and Compliance
IRSST has high security requirements, and we support them in maintaining these standards:

4. Equipment Lifecycle Management
S3 ensures the planned replacement of equipment reaching the end of its useful life, guaranteeing the stability, compatibility, and performance of the environment.
5. Automation and Simplification
To modernize workstation management, we deployed ImmyBot to replace legacy image servers. This change simplified configuration management, accelerated deployments, and improved workstation standardization across the organization.
