We have an in-house cybersecurity incident response team, so when something happens, we move fast: investigate immediately, contain the threat, and get you back up and running.
But we don’t stop at containment. We go end to end. Say a user gets a malicious email and clicks a link. We don’t just clean up that one mailbox: we search every mailbox to see who else received the same email and delete it everywhere. We dig through the logs to find exactly who clicked, and then run a targeted response: if someone entered their credentials, we reset that specific user.
The goal is to fully understand the extent of the damage and close every door, not just the obvious one. We go to the end of the road to make sure the threat is absolutely contained and the incident is genuinely over.
When it’s done, you get a full incident report: exactly what happened, what we did to contain it, and what we changed.
