About Protégez-Vous.
Protégez-Vous is a well-known Quebec organization, recognized for the quality and independence of its product testing and consumer advice. Its mission is to inform, educate, and protect consumers. In 2018, Protégez-Vous selected S3 Technologies to modernize its IT infrastructure and build a more flexible, secure, and future-proof environment.
The context back in 2018.
At the time, their team wanted to:

We supported Protégez-Vous in their transition to a Microsoft 365 environment and the cloud. The result? Increased performance, more flexibility, and a team able to work from just about anywhere.

Initially, some tools didn’t communicate too well with each other. We integrated their systems to provide a seamless, simple, and consistent experience for all employees. Everything is now centralized, accessible, and secure: less friction, more productivity.
We also offered customized training sessions on Microsoft 365 tools—OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams—to help users get the most out of their environment. These training sessions improved collaboration, reduced wasted time, and increased team satisfaction.
3. Enhanced cybersecurity.
Protégez-Vous wanted to protect itself against cyber threats while maintaining its autonomy. We implemented a continuously monitored environment, with controls, alerts, and training that ensure data security and peace of mind for its team.
Each year, we support them during their external cybersecurity audit to answer auditors’ questions and implement recommendations.
4. Responsive, timely support.
Protégez-Vous employees can easily reach our team: by phone, email, chat, or by scheduling an appointment through our portal. During the pandemic, we ensured everyone could work remotely without interruption. Even today, our team understands their needs, tools, and challenges, allowing us to resolve issues quickly and empathetically.

At S3, each client is supported by a dedicated team:
Charles, their account manager, is always available to answer questions;
Sébastien, their lead technical advisor, develops the roadmap and plans the upgrades;

They are supported by a service team that is intimately familiar with their environment and provides daily monitoring, as well as by our cybersecurity team, which monitors their environment 24/7.
